CASACL is the healthcare platform built by CASA Group. It exists because clinical, administrative and financial work in a facility is one process — and running it on separate systems is what makes it feel like three.
Who we are
A product team, not a reseller.
Every module in CASACL — the medical record, the laboratory, the pharmacy, the revenue cycle — is designed, written and supported by the same team. There is no third-party core underneath, which is why a request from a clinic can turn into a change in the product rather than a ticket to a vendor in another timezone.
The platform is built for how healthcare actually works here: Arabic and English as equal interfaces, multi-branch facilities, and the national integrations a Saudi facility is required to operate.

Compliance is designed in
NPHIES, ZATCA Phase 2 and PDPL requirements are part of the workflow rather than a report generated afterwards.
Arabic is a first language
Not a translation layer. Right-to-left layout, Arabic clinical terms and Arabic reporting are native to the product.
One record, many departments
The same patient file serves the clinic, the lab, the pharmacy and the finance team, with permissions deciding who sees what.
Auditable by default
Access to patient information is logged and reviewable. Nothing important happens without a trail.

Multi-branch operation, live queues and background processing are core behaviours, not add-ons.
