What you will need
- The order barcode or reference number from your slip.
- The last four digits of the patient's ID or mobile number.
Order tracking shows a status only. Results, reports and patient details are never shown outside the facility's own system.
Why is it not on this page?
This site is the product site. It holds no patient records, no orders and no results — each facility runs on a separate database on its own address, which is what keeps one facility's data invisible to every other one.
